Biography: 
Sergiy Kovalevskyy is a Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor, the Head of the Department of Innovative technologies and management of the Donbass state engineering academy, the academician of National Academy of Sciences of the higher education of Ukraine. He is a member of industry advisory council "Mechanical engineering" at the National agency of ensuring quality of education, the member of expert group of National fund of researches of Ukraine on estimation of efficiency of activity scientific, the member of the section " Informatics and Cybernetics" of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. He is the research supervisor of the scientific problem laboratory of "Mobile Intelligent technological machines" created by Institute of problems of artificial intelligence of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and Donbass state machine-building academy. More than 20 years is the chairman of organizing committees of three annual international conferences "Modern Education — Availability, Quality, Recognition", "Young Science — Robotization and Nanotechnologies of Modern Mechanical Engineering", "Neural Network Technologies and Their Application". International Journal of Mechanical Engineering and Automation (Switzerland), International Journal of Science, Technology and Society (USA), International Journal of Sustainable Development Research, Actual Problems in machine building ISSN 2313-1020, Processing of ISSN metals enters into editorial boards of special Ukrainian and foreign magazines, for example: 1994-6309. In 2021, as a part of group of the Ukrainian scientists, is the author of the National strategy of development for Artificial intelligence in Ukraine on 2021-2030, approved as the president of Ukraine. The author more than 700 special scientific publications, including - indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, 19 scientific monographs, 180 works on problems of life-long education, 90 educational and methodologies. Author more than 80 patents for inventions.
